Need help picking 32GB of fast DDR4 memory for Adobe Lightroom processing

I'm trying to pick 32GB of memory for a custom build on a computer that will primarily be used for Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop image processing. I'd like to overclock the memory to at least 3600MHz on a ASRock Z390 Extreme4 motherboard.

These are the sticks I can find to choose from:

3600/16 (4x8), G.Skilll Trident Z, $452.99
3600/16 (4x8), Corsair Dominator Platinum, $499.99
3600/17 (4x8), G.Skill Trident Z, $383.99
3600/17 (4x8), G.Skill Ripjaws V Series, $369.99
3600/17 (4x8), HyperX Predator, $499.99
3600/17 (2x16), G.SKill Trident Z, $490.90

3200/14 (2x16), G.Skill Trident Z, $399.99
3200/15 (2x16), Corsair Dominator Platinum, $339.99
3200/16 (2x16), G.Skill Ripjaws V Series, $269.89

The first numbers on each line are speed/latency.

Which would you choose and why? I don't have any reason to ever think I'll need more memory beyond 32GB in this computer so I don't mind limiting future expansion and picking 4x8 sticks. For some reason, it appears that the lower latency sticks at 3600MHz are only available in 4x8, not in 2x16.

If you calculate out the latency in ns, the 3200/14 sticks are a tiny bit faster than the 3600/16 sticks. But, obviously the transfer speed is a bit slower at 3200. Not sure which matters more for an application like Adobe Lightroom.
