I don't quite understand your first linked product. The first is a 4x8, 3733/17 for $447.99 which doesn't seem like a great deal. What were you trying to show me here? Did you see this for $369.99? That isn't what Newegg is showing me now. It's also CAS 17 (I guess I was hoping for 16). Am I missing something with this recommendation.

The second is 2x16 3200/14 at a great price $329.99 (on sale for a few more days). This looks like a good choice if I for for 3200 sticks.

Edit: I just found the 3733/17 (G.Skill - Trident Z 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3733 Memory - F4-3733C17Q-32GTZKK) here.
