There is the LG 24MP59G-P which is one of the few 23-24 inch 1080P monitors with an IPS panel, i have one for my second PC and its actually pretty good if you consider how cheap it is

Edit: looks like all your old monitors are using TN panels so thats a good reason to upgrade them
It's kind of interesting how that monitor is including a d-sub connector instead of a DVI connector.... Should I be looking at 60hz or 120hz monitors?
