Still freezes shortly after wake-up (sometimes) with no memory overclock so at least I guess it wasn't caused by overclocking. I'm now removing peripherals just to rule anything related to them out. First out, a couple USB drives I happened to be using and the DVD drive. Then, I'll unplug all SATA hard drives except the boot drive (boot drive is an M.2 NVMe drive). Painstakingly slow process. Not sure how else to debug.
