How about a router running a firewall app like pfsense? Couple that with something like pfBlockerNG, and it won't matter what browser you use.

Pi Hole is another that comes to mind.

Pick up a relatively inexpensive micro appliance (or use some of those spare parts in your closets), do a little research, and never worry about the Alphabet people again.
