Never had to replace one, though I should have whined about my UL Phantom. I think I still kinda prefer it to the Air58 (can't put my finger on why, but it's not because of the side holes, etc.).
They did refund my first ever UL Pro (normal white one) because it took them over 3 months to get it to me and they let me keep it. So while being frustrated, that kept me a fan and led me to buying a UL Phantom and now a few Air58. I really love the shape, feel and color, but I could give two hoots about Ninja, but it is what it is. The weight is good as well as being driverless.
That being said, if a less meme-y company (*cough* Glorious *cough*) improves on this and makes it something that people can actually not schedule a calendar event to buy--I have no issue in supporting that. Worst case for me is they make a great mouse and I can sell my Air58s to Ninja fanboys with too much money
