Nope no good neither did acetone both failed to put a dent in the nickel or chrome cold plate.

The ek copper evo supremacy cpu cold plate is the same size as the ek x299 mono blocks cold plate is with the circle on it
So if nothing once I break down a evo I'll see what it's cold plate does on the ek mono block dry fit see where the plastic jet plate.. lines up at

Doubt ek did anything extraordinarily different except milling the circle on the base.
