I have had four 960T's and two unlocked to six good cores and one had five good cores and one only four good cores. You could also look at an 840T or basically and any Athlons with a "GR" at the end unlock L3 and cores. TBH your best bet is a real six core because Hardware Monitor doesn't work properly with unlocked cores and your temps and stuff are then a crap shoot.
