The Galaxy S10e has similar build quality to the my S9. Better camera, more memory, more storage.

The only downside I see of the Galaxy S10e compared to my S9 would be the display. The resolution and PPI are lower but it has dynamic tone mapping which sounds like a gimmick but we won't know until reviews are out. The Galaxy S10e is rated at HDR10+ while the S9 only has a HDR10 rating.
