I thought you said one was the mic in? Oh I..see...wait...what?! Are these just normal headphone jacks?

If they're all outputs it makes more sense but you'd need four of them (normal headphone jacks) to deliver true 8 channel audio. IMO beyond 5.1 is overkill anyway. I'd rather have 200w 5.1 channel output to 5 full range drivers and a sub in transmission lines than 1000w split across 7 satellites with a sub in a ported box (God forbid bandpass) tuned to 55hz to save space.
