@toolmaker03 , I built an Arduino fan controller than measures indoor temp/humidity and water temp, and lowers fans to keep 5c above the dew point.
I'm not supper worried about losing water through the tubes, if that is what is happening.
1 oz/day is just more than I would have expected.
