Battlefield series sniffs out CPU OCs that aren't really stable quicker than Prime95/OCCT. I've gone >8 hours in Prime95 and crashed within a few minutes in BF more times than I can count.
Mines similar

Step 1) OC
Step 2) Play Overwatch - For GPU overclocks, I can play other games for hours but 15 minutes of Overwatch the game crashes or black screens with unstable overclocks.
Step 3) Prime95 Small FFT overnight - for CPU overclocks
Step 4) stressapptest(https://github.com/stressapptest/stressapptest) - MemTest doesn't work well anymore for my memory. Ran it for 24 hours with my memory at 3400Mhz and passed. Ran stressapptest and it failed.
