I must say, even though my average fps was 43fps the lowest it actually dipped to during the bench was 38fps and it was brief. I'm impressed with the 1% lows DX12 offered. Ironically, running DX11 saw my avg fps in the benchmark go down to 37fps.
Very helpful if you want to squeeze extra performance. Around the 16:00 minute mark has a list of recommended settings.
Yup, they did a great job on optimizing settings here. Very little if any visible difference I can tell yet I went from 43fps avg to 53fps avg at 4k using their "HUB Quality" list.
