Best fans I know of are noctua and Be quiet whether you want high rpm or low is up to you
My view is it's better to have high rpm's and not need them than need them and not have them.
I always do push/ pull fans on rads the fans do need to be matched.
Thanks, not sure if it will help at this point but I'll link anyway.
If I go with a 280 or 420 rad (420 would require a different case than I'm considering) my understanding is Alphacool is using re-branded versions of this
The 360's would use these https://www.bequiet.com/en/casefans/449
this would be one of the kits I was looking at (but through a US re-seller) https://www.alphacool.com/shop/new-p...te-kit?c=22312
However I have to admit I'm also considering this as a temporary thing for a while until I had money for a fully custom build picking my own parts etc. It's an open loop AIO that can also link up with a GPU version if desired which then gives two pump system in case one fails https://www.alphacool.com/shop/sets-...-black?c=21228
I picked the 240 over the 280 because I could move it to my old case for a second system down the road.
This is the case I was planning to get
I believe this is the 200mm fans that come stock on it http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/...an-mf200r-rgb/
I'm also debating this case however which can fit a 420 in front and a 360 up top
