As far as what you're telling me about the heatsinks, I've only ever seen anywhere from $20-$80 and the $20 ones look like they are basically useless and don't come with a fan most of the time. The one I just linked in my previous post costs $9 and is reasonable, made of copper no less.
As far as it being stable goes, I'd say it definitely is. I can always clock it back to see if that helps obviously. 4.2ghz is easily stable I know that, haven't really done a thorough check recently on 4.3ghz.
