I would recommend you go to the AMD CBS settings page and try out pstate OC features if you want more voltage than the max allowed from offset +0.300V...

This way you can max 1.550V and offset +0.300V if you want on your Gigabyte board. Have fun frying it though.

You can pick any voltage you like there for the p-state and use offset on top that set voltage. Try something like 1.350 and use offset for rest untill stable provided you have adequate cooling on your CPU and VRM.
