You can pick any voltage you like there for the p-state and use offset on top that set voltage. Try something like 1.350 and use offset for rest untill stable provided you have adequate cooling on your CPU and VRM.
We still need those memory dumps to even know for sure the source of his issues. How can you just look at an unstable OC and automagically assume its the CPU itself?
