Coming from a msi gaming 980ti it seems like it's going to just be the same cooler as that.

Whats the general opinion on the ventus, it seems to be the v2 ventus so whatever problems at launch must have been ironed out.
I had a 2080 Ventus OC (make sure it's the OC version, A chip.)
Very good card, OCed well to 2055/2070 Mhz on air, super cold, the cooler is great and handle the temperatures very well (and I live on a hot place). I just changed because I had a missfortune trying to put the AIO on it.

It's cheaper than other models just because it has ZERO visual stuff, there isn't even a led on the logo, but I would say is much better than any other cheap card from Gigabyte for example.

I had a MSI 980TI also, gaming G6, it was a super hot card, nothing to worry about on the Ventus 2 fan cooler.
