I honestly do not require all the extra bits and pieces Windows 10 comes with and prefer a much more slim OS. I use NTLite to create a cleaned ISO of the OS, remove all the clutter and un-needed features as well as pre-reconfigure and automate the install process. Once you do that you can virtually take Windows 10 back to the more streamlined Windows 7 people love.
I dabbled in custom .ISO before finding O&O ShutUp, I found that it was capable of everything I was trying to do. Both are a great way to take the reins back from Microsoft.
