I've used TY-143 many times in situations that they never ran faster than 1500-1800rpm because TY140, TY-147, etc. couldn't quite keep up to airflow demands at full load. Never had any problems with them.

I bought a case of half TY-143SQ and half TY-147SQ fans shortly after they came out and still have about half of them.
