You could take a screen of the timing configurator using the xmp settings and then switch over to full manual and use the shot as a general guideline.

It's Hynix, stock is 3200Mhz, 16-18-18-36, 2 x 8GB

Timing configurator shot attached.
Z390 ITX phantom board with 2 RAM slots (supposedly better than quad slot T-topology if using 2 sticks)
Seems to be not a bad overclocker for Hynix.
