I tried steam link on my phone recently, just streaming a game from my PC to my phone. I was using a controller with the phone and the input lag made everything I tried pretty much unplayable (and I have a pretty good phone and wifi) so I really just can't imagine how any game is going to be good with the kind of lag that this kind of service will have... but if it is going to work it has a better chance with something like assassin's creed than PUBG or some other shooter. That seems like the reason they choose that game for the demo IMO.
It won't be any good. They are going to use some tricks with timing to make it possible to play the games, but I think it's going to be a long ways away from good.
