B-Die is B-Die is B-Die. Outside the really cheap trash-bins like the Antec 1/3 Series DDR4-2400, they all are going to be able to run roughly the same timings at roughly the same clocks.
Some people say that 3200 CL14 is the best and others say 3600 CL15 is the best and others say the >4000 frequency 1.35v kits are the best but until someone buys a huge truck load of RAM and bins it I'm convinced people dunno what they're talking about.
Anything but trash B-Die will be able to do CL15 @ 3600 at 1.4v. My ram is nothing special and at 1.45v will do 3600 CL13, 4000 CL15, and 4160 at CL16 with tight secondaries/tertiaries.
