Steve from HUB tested 1 3800X in over a dozen mobo's with differing AGESA versions and found it's highest achievable boost varied from 4370 to 4550 using system optimized default settings. Hopefully this will be fixed soon as it's hurting what's otherwise a really solid product. AMDs own forum is full of people unhappy about this and/or thermals.
