Are you going to have a GPU in this system? If so 2x 120mm intake fans will likely not supply enough case airflow. If exhaust grills are not very restictive you don't need both intake and exhuast fans. Case having intake/exhaust fans is similar to cooler or radiator having push/pull fans .. only a few degrees difference at most.
