DrMOS is a specification by Intel for integrated driver + MOSFET in a single package: https://www.intel.com/assets/pdf/refmanual/drmos.pdf . Infineon also refers to their power stages as DrMOS parts: https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/prod...tage/tda21220/
