Yeah, there is a point where you have enough radiators that the water temp normalizes with ambient air temps before circulating back to your block and your CPU temps are limited by the waterblock efficiency only.
OP, do your temps scale well with fan speeds? If so, another radiator would help. If not, another radiator will allow lower fan speeds but won't give much more in terms of overall performance.
