The support told me to change my bios but nothing changes.

Thank you.

I believe that a 4790K had a HD 4600 iGPU, so that should let you submit to the correct category.

However, if updating the BIOS of your motherboard did not fix the "unknown" CPU issue, then the only other idea I have would be to make sure that the SystemInfo you have installed is the newest version.

DDR2 Frequency 1st Place = 910.1MHz DDR (1820.2MHz) - http://hwbot.org/submission/3589779

Reference Frequency 10th Place = 711.18MHz - https://hwbot.org/submission/3978447_

Yes, and it is. sysinfo 5.20.
And that's since I installed this one.
With the 5.19 no problem.

The rules say you can use 5.18 or newer, so that score should be valid.

Picasso experiences

Quiet in here...how y'all doing?

I was keeping on with the Team Cup fun yesterday, trying to snag gold in Fire Strike with a 3400G:

Didn't quite get there. Guy in front of me has LN2--
https://hwbot.org/submission/4254171

Still I feel like maybe there's 50 more points of tweaks in there.

I forgot how fun APUs can be, having to balance the IMC, GPU and CPU. For one thing, the IMC and fabric behave way better under cold than they did with first gen Ryzen. I have a 1700X that's a dog and would only run 1250 MHz DD/SR with cold, https://hwbot.org/submission/3591295 while the 3400G kept scaling. I was able to get to the 1866 strap 16-15-15-30 1T, and this is still 12 nm Ryzen+. Not great, but not bad. Can't wait to try Ryzen 2, seems like people are getting some amazing memory results with X570. If anyone has any tips for getting to CL 14 with this chip, I'm all ears...

CPU scaling hasn't changed much though, still tops out at 4700 MHz at -70 C. And the board can only set up to 1.55 V in BIOS with 6 phases, but if I even set it that high, it would hard lock during runs. Maybe some droop going on there, no LLC and no external DMM measurement points, so I don't know. Also no external clock generator and no independent FCLK adjustments. It's not a "real" OC board.

FWIW, I had a MUCH easier time training mem and tightening timings with AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB than with earlier versions. Also looking forward to ABBA for some more improvements.
Hope everyone's doing well.
