Should I get used Vega 56 or new RX 5700?

Ok, so I am leaning towards the vega 56 (particularly if I can talk down one I see on Craigslist to a reasonable price) but knowing that most of them were used for mining, the peace of mind for a new RX 5700 does hold value after my RX 580 mining card died.

Looks like the going prices are ~$190-200 for a vega 56 or ~$300 for a RX 5700.

I mostly play Apex legends and Modern warfare at 1080p on a 165hz monitor but am considering moving to a 1440p 144hz if I find a good deal. I do not care if I have to turn down the settings, FPS > Quality

I ran an RX 580 @ 1400mhz / 2000mhz until it died last week. Generally kept me in the 100-120fps+ range except for large maps.

Power draw is a concern as well but not a massive issue.

I would be overclocking / flashing any card I get.

Or should I consider something like a 1660 super?
