Man my 24hour average sucks because I stopped folding for a long time.

yeah I grabbed it from here (http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/?nav=IMAGES) I will change it soon. I just liked this one for now.

So that stat thing is just for me right now? if so that's pretty big, or is it just the left for me, and the right for OCN?

Your stats are on the left, the right is overclock.net overall stats. You had it right.
