Sorry I didn't pop my face in here earlier, but it's nice to see another GPU team added to the mix.

Good Luck guys, you are gonna need it!

Welcome to the comp guys. Good to see you form a team so quickly. I will add your names shortly.

All the best

Should be 55nm shouldn't it? Its one of the newer 216 sp's.

Thanks for the interest, but there's only 1 problem; we can only have 3 people, and we now already have a team of three.

But there is someone else looking for a team (Username = Cyclometric. Look in link below). You guys could easily start one, thats what I did. You would just need to find a third and you are all set. And finding a third was not all that hard to do, since the next competition starts in december. So plenty of time.

Well, you mentioned more voltage so I figured that it was a 65nm since you can raise the voltage on those via software. On the 55nm you would need to do a hard mod.

But if it makes you feel any better, I just got home and checked on my clients. My gtx260 is getting some nice ppd and I don't know why.

What client is running on that 260?

It's GPU2 but he's most likely running at 1728 shader clocks on a 353. That's what mine pulls anyways.

But is it the regular GPU2 client, or the GPU2 console client?

That's the thing, it's not running the 1728 strap. I have it at the clocks listed in my sig. I've tried to run the 1728 strap and I know it will get over 10k, but it has to be really cold or else it will EUE.

It just started a new wu and now it's at the usual 9531ppd, but on the last wu it was consistently over 10k. Last I checked it was at 98% and still over 10k, and I checked several times in between.

The 260 is using the tray client and my 275 is using the console client. I've honestly experimented with both and have found no difference. I like the tray client better, because you can set that up so that it starts with windows. So if you ever crash, get a power outage, or get hit with windows update, it will keep folding.
