So i saw all these Nvidia centered teams and a lack of GPU teams so i figured hey, why not have an ATI GPU team,, so just post in this thread and lets hope we can get a team going


Using a 5850 running at stock

yeah sure, your folding name same as forum name??

http://folding.extremeoverclocking.c...hp?s=&u=491289 this you?? And how are you getting such large WUs? to be on a GPU team, you can only use 1 GPU to fold

That is me, yes. I use my old Phenom II B50 for folding now and I will switch to my 5850 (4k-6kppd)

What kind of clocks are you getting? I can no longer get past 970 1172 without a brown/gray/striped screen now.

I'M around 930/1120 but haven't pushed the mem too hard at 1.175 volts btw

Well sounds like you will have a very good overclock after this. How are max temps gaming?

I just managed 1000 1133 w/ 1.26v

Temps usually hover around 70C but VRM temps get close to 90, thats why i dont wanna up the volts anymore

can you increase the fan speed? I have a reference card and never go above 57C with a very high overclock
