not so good.. the asrock one is much better and shouldn't be much more expensive; ~$15.

yes, slightly. It also has an extra PCIe(x4) lane too if I am not mistaken

both motherboards are capable of overclocking right? i am interested in oveclocking the i5.

for the push pull config to the corsair h60 you just add a second 120mm fan to the other side?
