Doesn't really matter. They aren't going to make a big enough difference to warrant a lot of their price tags ($10-12+ for 4g). You're better off just not spending it or putting the money towards something else, like a beefier heatsink that will actually make more of a temperature and or noise difference (e.g. going from one of the $35-40 heatsinks like the Hyper 212, Pure Rock, or Freezer 34 Esports Duo to a $45 Mugen 5, $50 True Spirit 140, or $55 Macho, Fuma 2, or Ninja 5).

If you absolutely have to buy one, MX-4 is the least expensive of the "better" performing pastes. If you really need the best of the best, get Kryonaut or move onto liquid metals.

if you want liquid metal go with cool labs liquid ULTRA. Kryonaut appears to have issues with drying out ~1 year mark, whereas CLU just keeps going and going and going and going.

paste wize? sure. grizzly. really whoever of the top 10 is the cheapest in the largest tube, at the time of purchase.

R.I.P. Zawarudo, may you OC angels' wings in heaven.

Agreed with HybridCore , Arctic MX-4,Best price to perf.

If you're in the mood to spend more in the pursuit of 1-3C, then perhaps Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, Gelid GC extreme.

Buy the panasonic PGS from Digikey, it's infinitely reusable as long as you keep it clean

EYG-S is the base product code

MX4 dries pretty badly on certain high heat density scenarios

Yay, you gleaned well. unlike Kryonaut, ultra basically never dries out, so removal and reapplication of blocks isn't really an issue.

if you wanna get really hard core, look up solder pad + chip type. That giant chip would be a great candidate for reflowing a solder pad, and it is BY FAR the most effective solution on the market.

I'm still using MX4 for everything i don't CLU, but that's because the giant tube I got has last me about 7 years.
