Hi, I'm new to overclock.net. I really like the site and just decided to make an account today. Well i need some help. I am planing to build another computer this time with a $2000 budget. Please recommend some parts. Budget is including monitor, mouse, and keyboard. I already have OS.

Here is what i have right now. Note: i can get a lot of this stuff cheaper than newegg.com. I have a micro center close by.

Edit: Added Monitor

if micro center is anything like frys electronics, then hey should have awesome weekend sales. for a monitor i highly recommend an asus, the 23" on the egg looks awesome, and my buddy is currently awaiting his today. depending on how many sli's you want, or just one card. prob get away with 12gb ram.

what all do you need?

If you hit your budget, I would get a lower mobo and add another 4890..You dont need that board at all for 1366 chipsets, noone does. its just a luxury to have the features. 4890 in xfire is ultra performance, but for the 1366 chipset if you can skimp on anything that wont hurt performance or affect you in anyway its the mobo. I would get the bloodrage and another 4890 and everyone here will tell you the same thing. Go crossfire FOR SURE.

I need recommendation's for everything except the OS. The build i linked to already has two 4890's. I tried to find the 4890 toxics but it looks like there been discontinued. Also should i get a GTX275 Sli or 4890 x-fire

maybe get another hardrive and raid-0 them, faster performance, you could go with 2x 640gb wd harddrives and still have a TB

dont think that would be in his budget, unless he dropped 6gb of ram. already has the cheaper i7.

also do you truly need a full tower case? i think spending the same amount on a mid tower would get you a much nice case.
