Here's the data for a previous configuration of my rig at various states of OC, thought it is a good representation of how OCing various components bump up the power requirement. Only component that changed was an i7 920 instead of 930 and 1 GTX 570. I'll fill out a complete form for each state of OC.

Stock (mobo bios reset to factory defaults, all auto voltages and stock frequencies, C1E + Speedstep enabled. GPU set to the factory overclock of 780/1900 @ 0.975v)

i7 920 @ 2.67GHz . Asus Rampage III Formula . (3) 1.65V Memory . (1) GTX 570 @ 780/1560/1900 @ 0.975v . (2) HDD (1 7200rpm + 1 5900rpm), (1) SSD (OCZ Vertex 2) . (1) Optical Drive . (3) 3.36W Fans, (2) 5.4W Fans (1) 1.68W Fan, (1) 2.4W Fan . Enermax Revolution85+ 1050W @ 85%-89%-85% Efficiency @ 20%-50%-100% load (240V AC input)

Idle: 174W -> ~85% efficient -> 147.9W
CPU load (Prime95 small FFT): 258W -> ~85% efficient -> 219.3W
GPU load (3DMark 11 GPU test 1): 338W -> ~86% efficient -> 290.7W
CPU + GPU load (P95 + 3D Mark 11): 424W -> ~87% efficient -> 368.9W


CPU OC (CPU at 3.6GHz @ 1.32500v, 1.30000vTT, C1E + Speedstep disabled)

i7 920 @ 3.6GHz @ 1.32500V, 1.30000vTT . Asus Rampage III Formula . (3) 1.65V Memory . (1) GTX 570 @ 780/1560/1900 @ 0.975v . (2) HDD (1 7200rpm + 1 5900rpm), (1) SSD (OCZ Vertex 2) . CPU + GPU load (P95 + 3D Mark 11): 715W -> ~87% efficient -> 622.1W

Hope that data helped, there are some overlapping numbers there which I thought showed my testing was consistent throughout.
