I've never placed all my eggs into one basket. I have 6 home desktop pcs. These are the brands in them:

CM 1000
Enermax 720
Antec Eco620
Power PC & Cooling 750
Rosewill 550
Corsair 650

This holds true for all the components I buy, memory, mobo, Hard drives, even CPU coolers. Diversifying is one way of supporting various brands that I believe make good products.

Kingwin, Seasonic, and SuperFlower. 'S all she wrote for me. I will fully admit that I have high standards and place a premium on sound (lack thereof), reliability, and efficiency. I hope to add Nexus to that list, but haven't had time to read any reviews on their units.

My goodness.... thanks to OCN, I preached only the word of seasonic as if they are the God of Psu makers. I blinded a few buyers into my seasonic passion and was convinced that anything seasonic produces is golden quality. I didn't understand the ramifications it could have, people really do impact companies, but for the wrong reason here.

Well time to not only buy seasonic! Thou I do support antec and delta psus:thumb:

I guess my next psu will be the antec HCP 1200 instead of the seasonic platinum 1000w! (you know, when I upgrade more stuff lawl not now)

I was looking into getting a new psu soon to move on from my aging Coolermaster unit and well this rant has made me think otherwise from purchasing a corsair unit or similar. A very interesting and thoughtful read!

You don't know how much I wish that the Hale90 come in black. I mean, the white is pretty and all, but there are only so many white cases in the world. It's pretty much the only reason why I will likely buy an AX power supply in the future.

thanks bro! I believe the fact that if I don't admit to my mistakes, how can I possibly correct them?

Nice post man! Good points! The only PSU's I've ever used have been Enermax, Antec and NZXT! Never had any issues with any of them in the past either!

I've seen OCZ have alot of issues in the past.
But my ZX 850w is yet to cause me any issues at all.
