They are from china so the name might very well mean something else over there

im kidding bro. id love to have one, too bad they dont sale it in the states. if the new evga psu is the uses the same oem as the leadex, i think i might consider getting that for my next build. evga customer support is awesome

Perhaps they were originally going for Super Flower (e.g. the movement of electrons) in English, but obviously that wouldn't translate well. From there, I could easily see some employee with a good command of English-language connotations noticing that if SF just added a butterfly to their logo, at least it wouldn't seem nearly as "Engrish-y". Of course, this is all pure conjecture.

Either way while the name "Super Flower" is a strange choice for a technology company, at least it makes for a coherent concept in English.
