PC freezes when overclocking

Hello everyone. I have one problem with my new pc for about 3 months. Every time when I try to overclock system my PC randomly freezes.. while gaming or during desktop. It's can happen after 2 or 6 hours randomly. I tried to overclock my PC with EZ Mode (asus utility on bios). I also tried to overclock manually. I already did stress test and my pc doesn't fail. Temperature while gaming never goes above 70. PC specs:
i7 7820x, Rampage VI Extreme, 16gb Hyperx Predator 4000mhz (2x8), 1080 Ti EVGA FTW3, EVGA 1000W G3, Corsair H115i PRO RGB 280mm, 250gb 970 EVO m.2 ssd, 2TB WD Gold hdd.
I increased voltage everytime. I tried 4.4ghz vs 1.270 voltage.. it still freezes after 2-6 hours randomly. People with the same cpu puts 4.7ghz 1.260 voltage.. so it's more than enough 1.270 for 4.4.
I don't know what to do.. so I need help.

How are your temps? your CPU cooler is the weakest part of your system so maybe the CPU or the motherboard is overheating
Your system must also be pretty loud with both a G3 and a H115i

A friend of mine had a H115i as well and he had huge problems with the CPU overheating and he had a 5820K at stock

He's freezing at idle. Nothing to do with temps there.

HEDT platform right? You should ask in the section for this motherboard or this CPU series (look in one of the Intel sections). This is the power supply section. Not the best section to ask this in.
That being said, check your RAM stability, and IMC and I/O / SA voltages. I have no experience with this platform.

Reflash your motherboard bios or just straight up send it for RMA.

Not sure whats happening but if it only happens when you are overclocked and not at stock than you are not stable. Not sure why someone mentioned an RMA.

You can't really compare your chip to someone else's, just because their chip does x clock at x voltage has no relation to yours, even though you have added voltage compared to theirs. Each chip can do what it can do, some are good, some are great and some are junk (I am skilled at finding the last type)

From what I've seen, freezes have usually been from ram Instability. Apply your cpu oc but leave ram stock for now and see if it still does it. If this works then you'll need to fine tune your memory clocks and voltages as mentioned

Second this. Was going to suggest the same thing. Processor can't access memory, it can't do anything but freeze.

I'd probably try some non-automatic overclocking first before sending the board off

I myself just started getting a freeze and quit to desktop in battlefield 5, tried all sorts of diagnostics. I didn't think it was ram since I ran hci memtest for over 400%, decided to try gsat and got errors pretty quickly, a few tweaks to memory clocks and voltages and it lasted an hour in gsat and bf5 hasn't crashed yet.
https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...ry-stress-test create a bootable usb with Rufus, install gsat from the link in Linux and copy/paste or type the command in terminal app
