XFX 750w electrical sheme and problem

hi all.
can anyone give me some info where I could try to look for a electrical sheme for XFX 750w PSU (model: xps-750w-3xs)?

are there any PSUs that are very similar to that one? maybe seasonic?

It has a problem with turning on the PC. If it was unplugged from the wall socket, it needs around half minute to be able to switch on the PC. If the power supply is plugged in the wall socket, there is no problem in running.
As I understand it's a fault at the stand by power supply that is first in line (I don't know how to explain this in English exactly), a and my father who is electrician is trying to fix it. he changed a few electrolytes and capacitors already with no success.

Your PSU IS a Seasonic in fact its an M12D
The PSU is 10 years old so if its not working its not a huge surprise and its quite frankly a waste of time trying to repair it

I wouldn't call it a waste of time for repair if the repair is more or less free and a joy for my dad.
I will not use it in my new machine but for a spare or in my old sandy that's currently under corsair vx450w (no gaming, just windows stuff and browsing).
thx for info.

As long as your dad knows what is doing and is being careful and you wont be using the PSU for a new system

The 5volt standby (5vsb) line seems to be the problem.
Usually 2 small capacitors.

^ This. Over the years electrolytic capacitors' ESR increases as they age. As ESR is at its highest when cold, sometimes they need to be warmed up to work properly:

A recap would solve the problem.
