UPS distance question

Good day. I am wondering how on how far should be an ups away from computer not to harm it ? Or even me , not to harm me !

Hi,
Backup battery systems aren't known to explode that I know of if they die the battery just needs replacing
This all assumes of course it's not some clone from aliexpress or some home made concoction

Otherwise the length of the cords are pretty much it
Never use an extension cord for a computer
If you do for the backup battery make sure it's the same gauge wire as on the unit otherwise don't use a extension cord for it either.

my ups-es ( i have 3 ) are kinda like 20 30 cm far away away from my computers, is this enough?

while i measure with my phone with an app that measures EMF radiation, i get some level of radiaton near up to 30cm far away from my ups-es and i was wondering if i should place the desktop unit more far away or not . Excuse my english please.

Have the closest at 2 meters and a few others at 3 and 4 meters away from some PC's.

Has been that way since 2006. The UPS's all get changed but the distances stay the same.

Maybe it's the 240 minimum voltage that allows further distances to be maintained but that's the layout here in Convict Town.
