Bizarre shutdown issue

Hey guys im at my wits end here.

Ive been having serious issues with my computer either shutting off or just losing all video out signal when under max load. Ive replaced the PSU but its still happening. Ive been using a Corsair H850 for years and replaced it with a H850i. Doing the math on the power draw I should be well under 700w, the CPU can suck 110w during IBT and the GPU has hit 300+ in Superposition. The highest reading ive seen on the H850i's software is 640w total draw from the wall. I even ran both the Power supplies to my system to make sure it wasn't a power delivery issue. (H850i for MoBo and CPU, H850 for the PCIE connectors.) im at a loss, theres no way the system isnt getting enough juice. Im starting to think MAYBE the motherboard but im not entirely sure. any ideas?

Specs:

Ryzen 1600 oc'd 3.8

Asus Prime B350 motherboard

8gb Corsair Vengeance at 3200mhz

Vega 56 Bios unlocked to 64

Custom loop cooling

GPU at max 65

cpu at max 70

I assume nothing is overclocked?

Have another video card to swap and test?

The unlock to 64 maybe catching up with you. If you don't have another card, flash original Bios for the card and test.

it was still happening when i switched back to the 56 BIOS and just ran games with the nothing touched but the power sliders cranked. (so 220w max) it still did it.

I remembered i have a decent ITX mobo in my HTPC downstairs (Asus B450 strix itx) so i popped that baby in and... im good. im back to the 64 BIOS with power sliders cranked (300+ watt draw) while under AIDA64 load (80w max)

Maybe the quality of my motherboard was finally catching up with me? Looking at the tier list my Asus Prime B350 comes in F tier while the ITX one I have is a C.
