I've heard some people would get defective RMA's over and over again as if they never even bother testing before shipping things back too their customers
My experience with their rma department has been pretty good. had a bunch of defective 2080Ti FTW3s and they did cross ship after the window. that was in december 2018 though and around feb or march is when they underwent restructuring
lil OT. I'd steer clear after the GPU defects though. Honestly our options in the US for GPUs are pretty crappy. ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, and EVGA are all basically hot trash. MSI is anticonsumer(locking their premium gpus), evga is teetering and hit and miss, gigabyte i hear is just straight trash, asus has as bad an rma department as I have ever heard of. Only thing I been completely pleased with is this GALAX gpu but no warranty
