Phaedrus2129 knows his stuff, thats for sure and i would take his word over my own.

i still say dont risk an awesome GPU on a questionable PSU. it might run ok for a while, but it may become sketchy when trying to OC and could fail after only a couple months of use, possibly killing other components when it dies etc etc etc.
