Good flash drive OS? Portable environments question
I'd like to work on my wordpress website during the dead hours of the night. I work the night shift and there's about 5 hours every night at work, where I do absolutely nothing. Because all the work is done and there is nothing left to do but sit there and stare at the wall. So I'd like to create a flash drive that has one of those portable... I don't know what they're called. Desktop environments? Operating systems? One of those things installed. Where you install it to a flash drive, and you can plug it into a computer and its like you've got your own little mini computer there.
Nothing gets saved on the real computer. Anything you do only goes onto your little flash drive. So it would of course be able to run Firefox, and any cookies or anything would just be on the flash drive. Obviously I wouldn't want to interfere in any way with the computer at work. It's just a laptop for random employee use, but still. So what is the best way to go about this, and what is the best little portable OS to install to a flash drive?
