Well, now i have another issue. Installed Warhammer 2 and gave that a try and there was loads of randomly flashing white dots. I see them from the moment i launch the game but they stop when i quit the game. I am installing a second game to see if i get the same issue. What could cause it? Do i have a dude GPU?

Oddly: If i change from 1920x1080 to 2048 x 1152 (native) the dots disappear. Not quite sure whats going on Lol

its called shutup win10.

i'd recommend DDU safe mode driver flush, but yes that's 99% somewhere in the gpu, software or hard.

Not much, a few games some AMD software. MSI Afterburner and such. Nothing has been changed in terms of overclocking, underclocking or anything. More to keep an eye on the temps. Got things like Discord, Firefox, Steam, Avast Antivirus

It's the normal behaviour of the Ryzen 3000 series. You mention just opening firefox to get these temps.. and that's exactly whats doing it. Default behaviour is to jack the voltage way up for light workloads, and youll see opening a browser bring temp up to 60c even on a good cooler for a moment before the voltage and boost frequency settles back down. Ive seen it jump from 40c to 60c to 40c again within seconds. Run prime95, even with the new crap they're trying to pass off as the Wraith Spire cooler (They gutted out the copper core the old one had) youll probably see a lower temp than you see in those short boosts. Make sure you've got the absolute latest chipset driver, set the power plan to Ryzen Balanced and it should bring it back under control a bit. But yeah look at getting a mid range after market cooler anyway.

Edit: I was thinking of the 3600X stock cooler, yours is the Stealth not the Spire so ignore that mini rant.. but that is worse.
