Its big, sure, but you know what it does???? It pays for this site. Granted that add probably only gives OCN $0.01, but at the same time, my resource usage cost is less than that. Ads are required for free content unless they beg for donations. Wikipedia doesn't have ads, but at the same time, i get a massive message at the top asking for donations. It's the same thing to me. I could pirate movies for convenience and to save money, but that's morally wrong. Disabling ads on a site is stealing from them too IMO. I really appreciate when free services offer paid subscriptions to remove ads. Twitch, Youtube, Spotify, even OCN does this.

Do you block ads from OCN?
My litmus test is running Safari with Javascript off, it's the default iOS browser using only default options.
*POOF* Ads are all gone.

The most basic safe browsing practices disable 99.999% of ads.
At the very least, anyone who doesn't have basic script-free iOS compatible ads is just practicing sheer ignorance and laziness... actually that's putting it too lightly, when we all know ad-networks are the #1 method of infecting computers, quite frankly anyone using these services should be fined for harming public safety, and the people who currently manage ad-networks should be criminally charged and put in jail.

The current state of the internet will be mocked for centuries.

I would be quite pleased if 99.999% of the Internet shut down tomorrow.

yeah, google gives me much better nude celebrity image results, the duck don't quack there.

more like the duck only quacks a no go.

trolling an adult is very dangerous, don't try it at home nor at work. you don't want to play tag with a rabid man.

Still sucks, Startpage is a lot better as it's basically Google but anonymized so you get "natural" Google results. There's also Qwant and Searx if you're up for a more in-depth experience.
Thanks I'll give them a whirl.
