Dolby Atmos Stuttering

Hey guys,

So I have an LG C8, Xbox One S, and HW-N850 Samsung soundbar.

I installed the Dolby App on Xbox, and used their testing demos for Atmos. It appears the stuttering happens when Atmos content is detected. I have played youtube videos with no problem, and netflix.

I have a few questions:

1. Any idea of why the stuttering is happening with Atmos?

a. Is this to do with the dolby app?

2. Would buying a separate atmos player (samsung, pioneer, etc) be better than using Xbox?

3. Is the dolby app only applied to console, apple tv, etc, or am I going to have to install the app on the samsung or pioneer player as well?

Much appreciated!
