Samsung 960 PRO 2TB in RAID Slow 4K Random Read/Write

I have 2 Samsung 960 PRO in RAID 0 (Software RAID through the BIOS of my Alienware Area-51m laptop) with a 64KB Data Stripe Size but I notice people with a single drive are getting higher benchmarks. What gives? Is there some magical setting that I've missed?
