Is my ssd dying?

So my computer was left on, like usual as of late. I left to go do some things. About 4 hours later, I'm back home. My computer isn't on. I try to boot it but it says something like there is no boot media. I open up the bios and my C drive is gone, but it see's the other 2 drives that I have plugged into the motherboard. I wiggled some cables and restarted into the bios and my drive was back. Looking at Crystal Disk Info, there is nothing wrong. (not a wiz at reading/understanding it) It's a desktop and doesn't move around. What could be going on?

Thanks,
Higgins909

Sounds like either a loose or bad SATA cable, and sounds like you may have already guessed that.

I would swap the cable anyway and check that both power and data are plugged in completely at the drive, psu, and motherboard. also check to see if there is an obstruction that may be putting any cables under tension and then slowly working it out with vibration...like a pump or unbalanced fan or something.
